Thanks for stopping by- always nice to hear from a new reader. This sketch was made nigh a month of nights ago. I went walking at a fish hatchery for inspiration, and no poems came only titles. It was like getting that phone call from that old flame twice a year- always nice- but what the hell do you do with them?

“The Congo is a river that sounds like a drum,” what an awesome line!! Your poetry certainly speaks for itself Matt, very, very nice. I enjoyed this piece.

Thanks for stopping in and reading, and please feel free to visit the older posts- they get lonely. Yeah, the Congo/Conga drum/river deal, it just occurred to me while a symphony of frogs played on into the night. Peace.
